I found Kellys Hotel to have a perfect location in the heart of Dublin, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, the experience was marred by excessive noise, especially from the bar below, and the lack of helpful staff at times. While the breakfast was decent, the overall stay left much to be desired due to impractical room layouts and a general sense of unhelpfulness from the staff.
